World Class Maintenance Step 1: Schedule a 4-Day Baseline Audit and Staff Interview Project

A reliability specialist from ISG will visit your facility and conduct interviews with people throughout your organization. Your entire process will be evaluated, including the desired directions, goals, and aspirations from all percpectives. A mission is identified.

We help move forware by evaluating how your separate teams interact, the maturity of available data, and other factors help that help us draw out strengths and challenges ahead.

We conclude with a presentation on-site, then a more detailed report including recommendations such as Root Cause Analysis, Five S, Preventive Maintenance Programs, Focus Groups, Bottleneck Analysis, Work Management Strategies, and Pilot Teams used to finally spread knowledge through the business.


World Class Maintenance Step 2: A healthy program using variable consultation intensity.

Choose a level of Maintenance Reliability consultation intensity that works best for your business.

The Focus Groups can be administered with ISG guidance using a 6-week intensive program leading to a Pilot Group for eventual propogation throughout the plant. The specific recommendations that will reap the most benefit immediately are executed swiftly, and strategically, within an operational area where success is either guaranteed, or maximized, or both.

ISG can also remain as a monthly health-check advisor based upon the roadmap for success. In either case, the Focus Groups and Pilot Groups will pursue a Purpose using a Scope to obtain an Objective using Team Procedures with Roles and Responsibilities to achieve future success.
