Classroom Training Terms :

1 - Seats are reserved upon payment. Credit for future classes may be provided in the case where either (a) Seats are filled prior to your payment reaching ISG or (b) A reserved seat can't be filled due to a need for the student to cancel.

2 - Classes are held based upon reservation numbers. If a class is cancelled and rescheduled for any reason, your reservation may be used for any future class of your choice.
